○Regarding Application and Contract

After receiving your inquiry, we will confirm the necessary details and request a deposit (30% of the product price for the contracted plan) or full payment for the contracted plan. Once the payment is made and confirmed to the designated account, the contract will be considered finalized, and the reservation will be confirmed.
(Please note that payment confirmation cannot be made on weekends or holidays, so it may take some time to confirm payment.)
The payment deadline will be within 7 days from the issuance of the invoice.
If payment is not confirmed by the due date, the application may automatically be canceled, so please be aware of this.
If you choose to pay a deposit, the remaining balance must be settled at least 14 days before the scheduled shooting date.

○Regarding Changes and Cancellations

Changes to the shooting date or plan are accepted up to 1 week before the scheduled date, but any changes made after that will be treated as a cancellation.
Cancellation fees will apply as follows:

• From the date of the contract to 15 days before the scheduled shooting date: 30% of the application amount

• From 14 days before to 2 days before the scheduled shooting date by 5:00 PM: 50% of the application amount

• On the day before or on the scheduled shooting day: 100% of the application amount
  *This does not apply to cancellations covered by the rain guarantee.

○Weather Conditions and Rain Guarantee

• Changes to the shooting plan due to bad weather:

1. For underwater photo plans: If it is judged that it is dangerous to enter the beach due to a wave warning, restrictions or cancellation of the entry may occur. In such cases, we will discuss and change to an equivalent plan. If there is slight water murkiness or cloudy weather, the shooting will proceed as planned.

2. For sunset and starry sky plans: Shooting will be conducted even if it is cloudy during the session. If you choose to cancel the shooting on the day based on your judgment, it will be treated as a cancellation.
   *If bad weather occurs during the shoot, we will wait for the rain as long as possible, but if the staff deems it impossible to continue shooting, we will deliver the photos taken up to that point.　

 

○Rain Guarantee

The rain guarantee will apply under the following conditions:

• If the probability of rain exceeds 50% within the shooting time period after 5:00 PM the day before the shoot or 1 hour before the meeting time on the day of the shoot (according to the Japan Meteorological Agency).

• If there is obvious rain 1 hour before the meeting time on the day of the shoot, you may choose from the following options:

1. Postpone the shooting to a later date during your stay

2. Postpone the shooting to any day within 1 year of the original date

3. Receive a full refund
   *Options 1 and 2 will be arranged after the rain guarantee is confirmed.
   *If the shooting day changes from a weekday to a weekend or holiday, the weekend/holiday rate will apply, and additional charges will be incurred. However, if the shooting day changes from a weekend or holiday to a weekday due to weather conditions, this will not be eligible for a refund.
   *If the weather is cloudy and the ideal photos are not achieved, this will not be covered by the rain guarantee.
   *If bad weather occurs during the shoot, we will wait for the rain as long as possible, but if the staff determines that shooting is no longer possible, we will deliver the photos taken up to that point.

 

○Typhoon Guarantee

1. For Okinawa Main Island and Miyako Island (shooting locations), if you arrive after the typhoon has started, the rain guarantee will apply.

2. If flights or ferry services are canceled due to the typhoon and you are unable to arrive at the shooting location (Okinawa Main Island or Miyako Island) by the shooting date, the rain guarantee will apply even if it is before 5:00 PM the day before the scheduled shoot.
   Please contact BlancheBeach immediately after your flight or ferry is canceled. When contacting, please provide the flight or ferry details and operating information.

 

○Photo Data Delivery

The photo data delivery time is approximately 1 to 1.5 months. The data will be provided in a downloadable format, and a URL will be sent via email.
We pay great attention to the quality of the delivered data, but if there are any issues, please report them within 60 days, and we will replace the product free of charge.

 

○Compensation for Products

In the case that the contracted shooting plan or optional products are not carried out or delivered due to our fault, we will pay compensation for the product amount up to the equivalent of the product price.

 

○Product Content

Prices and contents of our products may change without notice.
In such cases, for customers who have already completed the contract, the terms at the time of the contract will apply.
If a specified location becomes unavailable or if it becomes difficult to fulfill the original arrangement, we will consult with you and propose an alternative.

 

○Disclaimer

1. We will respond sincerely to any accidents or issues that occur during the service (preparation, movement, shooting) that are not caused by our fault, but we cannot take responsibility for these events, so please understand.
   *You will be asked to sign a waiver prior to the contract.

2. If you are pregnant, have children, or have any health conditions such as heart disease, and experience health issues during the service (preparation, movement, shooting), we will respond sincerely, but we cannot take responsibility for these events, so please understand.
   *We recommend that you enroll in travel insurance or similar coverage when traveling.
